MEET THE CHEF

Dharshan Munidasa is a renowned chef-restaurateur celebrated for blending Sri Lankan and Japanese culinary traditions. His journey began with a passion for cooking for loved ones, inspired by his diverse cultural heritage and connections with Japanese chefs.

Munidasa’s commitment to local ingredients and his innovative fusion of Sri Lankan and Japanese techniques have earned him widespread acclaim. Co-founding Ministry of Crab with cricket legends Mahela Jayawardena and Kumar Sangakkara further solidified his status as a culinary trailblazer.
